Improve communication with clients by providing a pre-project
memo that summarizes the project's goals, measurement of success,
cost expectations, deadlines, contact people, and tracking information.
Develop an "invoice" and feedback system that summarizes the results and costs of
the project. Clients will be asked to give feedback to the agency via a post-project
questionnaire.
