Holland & Hart was ranked twentieth of the Top
50 Law Firms in Marketing and Communications by Marketing
The Law Firm. A special section listing the winners,
The
MLF 50, was published in the mid-September
2005 issue of the publication.
Over a three month process, hundreds of law firms were
evaluated on marketing strategy, results, marketing
department, communications/public relations/media relations,
commitment, advertising and visual communications, Web
site and firm blogs, client service programs, and community
outreach. In each of these categories, firms were evaluated
on how they handled objectives, strategies, planning,
implementation, and measurable results for specific
efforts.
The article highlighted Holland & Hart's marketing
department, Imaginate, which is branded as an in-house
marketing agency. It touched on some of Holland &
Hart's achievements in marketing, such as developing
a new brand and logo, providing client service training,
and creating successful regional and national advertising.
The article also praised recent work on Holland &
Hart's Web site, including being the first AmLaw 200
firm to launch a blog, and commended Holland & Hart's
business development commitment.
"I'm very proud of the marketing team at Holland
& Hart," said marketing director Mark Beese.
"The team is always looking for ways to build the
brand, innovate and serve our clients. To be named on
of the nations' top 20 law firm marketing departments
says a lot about the kind of people we have on our team
and the attorneys at Holland & Hart."
Earlier in the year, Holland & Hart's Web site
was ranked in the top five of all law firm Web sites
by internetmarketingattorney.com.
